Letter From The Editor

Spring is upon us! And so is a new edition of The Fast Track! This is an edition of experiences. From street medicine to domestic violence, our authors share personal experiences that shed light on issues that are not only critical to emergency medicine, but basic human rights. As residents and students climbing our career ladders, it is easy to forget how lucky we are. This edition reminds us that we have to the tools and resources to help our patients with life threatening medical conditions as well as life threatening social situations.

Lastly, the competition is on! We are tracking our most read articles from the past year for The Fast Track Anthology! Some of our most read articles since the website went up include Isolated Bandemia: What Should We Do with It?, Lead From The Front, and How To Survive The First Two Years of Medical School,

I hope to see you all in San Diego at Spring Seminar April 3-7, 2018!

Best,
